These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Twin Cities Carry LLC websites, course registration systems, training services, and communications. By registering for or using our services, you agree to the applicable terms described below.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when registering for a Twin Cities Carry course or service.

Course schedules, locations, instructors, and other details may be changed when reasonably necessary. Twin Cities Carry will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers of material changes.

Participation in training may also be subject to applicable waivers, releases, safety requirements, eligibility requirements, and course-specific policies presented during registration.

Payments, cancellations, transfers, rescheduling, refunds, and credits are subject to the policies presented during registration or purchase.

Any course-specific cancellation or refund terms presented at the time of registration will apply to that registration.

Customers may choose to receive SMS/text messages from Twin Cities Carry.

Messages may include registration confirmations, course and scheduling information, class updates, reminders, customer service communications, and responses to customer inquiries.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Customers may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, the customer will no longer receive SMS messages from Twin Cities Carry unless the customer subsequently provides consent to receive them again.

Unless otherwise stated, course materials, website content, instructional materials, graphics, branding, and other content provided by Twin Cities Carry are owned by or licensed to Twin Cities Carry and may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without authorization.

Twin Cities Carry may use third-party service providers to support registration, online training, payment processing, communications, website functionality, and other business operations.

Use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and privacy practices.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Twin Cities Carry is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of its websites or electronic communications.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions modifies or replaces any separate waiver, release of liability, or other agreement executed in connection with participation in Twin Cities Carry training or activities.
